General description

  • The villa has been refurbished in modern luxury style and comprises 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms plus guest cloakroom plus air con, hot and cold, marble floors, security alarm and CCTV and controlled access. Freeview satellite TV throughout the villa.
    The entire downstairs (apart from the cloakroom and kitchen) is open plan and the hall leads straight to the living room which is split level and in turn leads up to the dining area. Enter the hall with large mirror and straight to the living room leading up to separate dining area. The dining area has a dining table and chairs sufficient for eight people and there is access to the outside terrace and pool. The room is exceptionally bright with large windows which allow in lots of sunshine. Long weekends and shorter stays can be negotiated. Travel cots, high chairs and blowup beds available for hire.

  • The living room is beautifully furnished with soft leather sofas and an easy chair, fireplace and again has access to the terrace. For entertainment there is a wall mounted plasma TV with freeview satellite (guests are welcome to bring with them their own Sky card, although no guarantee it will work) also music system, DVD player.
  • The dining kitchen with small breakfast bar is ultra modern and a cook’s delight with a new Aga range master, half electric and half gas, also appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, toaster, juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer. Also wall mounted plasma TV.
  • The master bedroom has a superking size bed, chaise longue, bedside tables and lights, fitted robes, plasma television, sea view, leading to en suite with bath and shower over, twin basins, wc and bidet. Sliding door wardrobes and large mirror. Small balcony.
  • Second bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with shower cubicle and single wash basin. Small terrace off.
  • Third bedroom with double bed and fourth bedroom with twin beds. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and plasma TVs.
  • Main bathroom has bath with shower over, single washbasin, shelving, mirror with lights.
  • Outside there is a heated (at extra cost) pool with dining table and chairs as well as 4 sun beds and 2 large parasols and an inviting hammock! The pool terrace attracts day long sunshine.
  • There is a further garden at the front of the Villa with plenty of shade

  • Within walking distance of the Villa is Puerto Banus, a favourite resort for international celebrities. This is the place to be pampered and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars.
  • The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views.
  • Since its inception some forty years ago, the port has steadily grown and now features a casino, commercial shopping centre, marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown with their original soundtrack.
  • Puerto Banus has a great deal to offer the ardent shopper and one port of call has to be the department store, el Corte Ingles, located in the centre. There is not a designer name that you can't find in Puerto Banus among its many expensive shops. If it's in fashion - you'll find it here, as well as small, interesting shops and boutiques.
  • Every Saturday morning at Puerto Banus is a very popular street market where you can pick up all sorts of bargains. Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos. The beach at Puerto Banus holds a European blue flag and if you really want to have a view of the port’s magnificent position, boat trips are the ideal solution and are available on a regular basis from the central promenade.
