Short term holiday rentals

How to get your property onto our FREE site in a few easy steps:

• Give us a call or send an email to tell us about your property. ie. location, property type etc.
• We can then arrange for a personal visit to assess suitability and to discuss your expectations from letting your holiday home
• We will then organise a photo shoot and for a write up to be done
• You will always have full control over who rents your property and you decide on what house rules to have
• Your property will then be placed on our site once you have approved the write up
• It is your responsibility as owners to make sure that ALL the information on the property description is wholly accurate

Important information for property owners:

• You must have a property management service in place to handle cleaning, laundry and keys. We can advise you if you have no service at present

• Tango Holiday Solutions will offer the property for rent at the prices agreed and subsequently at the updated prices listed from time to time. (The owner should be prepared to be flexible on these prices to allow Tango Holiday Solutions the discretion to negotiate with potential tenants to secure the maximum rental income for the owner)
• When we get enquiries, we ask you for availability and, if agreed, we take the booking
• Tango Holiday Solutions will not be held liable for a double booking should the owner fail to follow this procedure and in such event the owner must be prepared to offer or meet the cost of alternative, equivalent accommodation – should Tango Holiday Solutions be unable to re-arrange the double booking in another property
• The rental client pays a 25% non returnable deposit at this stage and we collect the full balance six weeks before the start of the rental
• For this service we charge a 15% commission fee plus 16% IVA
• Tango Holiday Solutions will take their 15% commission plus 16% IVA out of the deposit and then credit/or pay you the balance of that deposit
• The remaining 75% of the rental fee will be credited/or paid to you at the conclusion of the rental period
• The owner is responsible for the costs of the services of electricity/gas and water and any necessary maintenance services. The property must be cleaned thoroughly and all linen and towels laundered between tenancies
• The owner is responsible for the proper insurance of the property, of its contents and for public liability. Tango Holiday Solutions cannot be held responsible for any damage howsoever caused to the property by tenants, owners or their guests, or tradesmen, or by Tango Holiday Solutions personnel – unless by negligence
• The owner is responsible for complying with all the regulations and requirements of the competent authorities relating to the property and its letting
• We recommend that Tango Holiday Solutions or the nominated property management service take a security bond from the tenant of €350 against potential costs of exceptional damage caused by them during their tenancy other than in the way of normal wear and tear which could reasonably be expected
• In the event of the property being sold the owner must honour all confirmed bookings taken or meet the cost of alternative accommodation offered of the same standard
