COSTA DEL SOL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR PROPERTY OWNERS

For property owners Tango Holiday Solutions offer a complete Property Management Service which will help make owning a holiday property, here in Southern Spain, as hassle free as possible. • We offer a Property Management Service for your holiday home which is tailored to your individual requirements.
• From simple keyholding in case of an emergency to a full management service, we are here to look after your needs.
• There is NO monthly fee for our service which means you can use our service in whichever way serves you best.

Keyholding

We offer a key holding service for clients who just want someone to have access to their property in case of an emergency. For this service we charge an annual fee of €180.00 and we do not undertake any other services but are always there if you need us.

Our Property Management Service can include:

A regular visit to ensure that the property is secure, dry and ventilated during which we will water any plants plus we will check for signs of damp and pest infestation.
Any problems will be reported to you, the clients with a suggested course of action.

We will agree with you a float to be held by us to ensure that emergency work can be undertaken as necessary for example to prevent flood damage, to board up windows in case of a break in etc.

The charges for our services are agreed at an hourly rate so you know exactly what the costs are.

These services can include: A monthly care visit; cot and high chair hire; extra bed hire; baby sitting; meeting and greeting for your visitors and/or rental clients; shopping; maintenance and repairs.

Rental Set Up

A complete Inventory will be carried out.
We will photograph the property, both inside and out to show it at its best.
We will include your property on our website, with full write up and photography.
An Information Book will be provided giving details about the apartment and the locality.
This will also include emergency numbers, places of interest and a selection of restaurants.

Extra Services

We will be pleased to undertake and organise other tasks which you may require for which we will quote separately. This could include advice on any extra furnishing etc. that you may require and help in sourcing such items.

Cleaning and Laundry

The cleaning service is charged at €12.00 per hour. Typically, a full clean will take 4/5 hours.
Laundry is on a piece by piece basis.
There will also be a small administration fee on top of both these charges.

As we do not charge a monthly fee, you only pay for the service provided.
